RETURNS POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange. We can only accept returns for products purchased directly, if you have purchased from a retail partner then you will need to make your return to them. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn. When returning items, please ensure they are well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
FAULTY ITEMS
We are committed to high product standards, however, if you think your product has a manufacturing fault please contact us. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered and dried properly before returning. If there is a developing fault with a garment which arises within 60 days of receipt and under normal use we will do our best to repair, replace or refund at our discretion. Just let us know what the problem is via the contact link at the bottom of this page.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made directly to the card used to make the original purchase. Please make sure the cost of postage is clearly marked on the parcel and that you have proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
INTERNATIONAL
If you have a shipping address that is outside of the EU import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority, and we cannot be responsible for them. If you reject a delivery on the grounds that you do not want to pay your import duty we will ask you kindly to pay for the return fees. We are currently shipping internationally, however if we believe there is significant chance of your parcel not being received due to the delivery address we reserve the right to make a full refund and cancel the order. For international returns – All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty”. If you do have any enquiries about your return once it has been posted, email us or use the contact page. Please include the date the item was posted, the name it was sent under and the item’s tracking number if applicable.

At present we are taking all payments through Stripe in Pounds stirling.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes are for one time use only and may not be used in separate orders or applied to different products in the case of an exchange.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please contact us via email or our contact page.
PRICES
All prices are quoted in UK Sterling.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCT AND PRE-ORDERS
Some items will be made to order, or produced in small batches so pre-ordering is possible but these can incur waiting times of up to 6 weeks. We will keep you updated on the estimated time frame and if you have any questions just get in touch on e mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible with an update. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No additional compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
SIZING
Our sizes are generally equivalent to the following UK dress sizes: XS - 8, S - 10 , M - 12, L - 14, XL - 16
Our tailored jackets are based on the following sizes. This is a guide based on the circumference of the garments at these sizes, not the body measurement of the wearer. We recommend that you measure your own garments/outerwear and compare for a better idea of the fit. Sizes are fairly generous to allow for layering and movement, as cyclists we like to keep our options open.
